Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to drive risk management and governance for advanced AI initiatives. You will guide control design, collaborate with product and data officers, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations across the enterprise.

You will lead a team, provide technical guidance, and deliver executive-ready reporting while strengthening risk posture and control testing across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
• Experience with risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Ability to influence executive-level decisions and translate tech insights to business strategy.
• Experience using AI risk governance, securing platforms, and data sensitivity awareness.
• Knowledge of data classification, IAM, least privilege, and auditability expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk with root-cause analysis.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and exec-ready reporting.
• Build relationships with technologists, assessment teams, and data officers for cross-functional collaboration.
• Govern controls, policies, issue management, and measurements; provide senior-management insights.
• Monitor control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to regulatory compliance.
