Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Lead in the CTO - Identity Access Management to identify and mitigate technology risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will guide process owners and stakeholders to maintain effective controls and deliver a comprehensive risk posture view.

You will lead CCM development, leveraging data analytics, automation, and AI to strengthen risk management and proactively identify emerging risks across IAM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology risk management or cybersecurity with regulatory focus.
• Experience with CCM programs, automated controls testing, and auditing.
• Ability to translate complex findings into executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, and manage technology risk; provide root-cause analysis and remediation guidance.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive reporting.
• Govern controls, policies, issues, and metrics; provide senior-management insights.
• Develop CCM capabilities; automate testing and provide real-time risk visibility.
• Monitor control effectiveness; identify gaps and recommend enhancements.
• Design automated monitoring, remediation workflows across IAM and related domains.
• Leverage data analytics to detect patterns and emerging risks across systems.
• Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Product teams to improve data quality and reporting.
