Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking an IAM Systems Administrator II to own the identity backbone, running Okta and building automation for onboarding to offboarding. This role serves as the East Coast on-site identity expert in Waltham, MA or Bethesda, MD with a hybrid schedule three days in the office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT systems administration or IAM experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Okta administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and directory services.
• Hands‑on automation in Okta Workflows or a similar engine.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex multi‑system integrations and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta tenant, including Universal Directory, group rules, provisioning, and lifecycle.
• Build and monitor Okta Workflows powering Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver processes and deprovisioning.
• Integrate identity pipelines across Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, and Entra ID.
• Configure SSO with SAML 2.0 and OIDC; enforce MFA, FastPass, device trust, and zero‑trust policies.
• Resolve escalations for identity anomalies, sync failures, and third‑party federation issues.
• Support audits by monitoring system logs and assisting access recertifications.
• Partner with East Coast offices to deliver professional, responsive support.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, API schemas, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
