Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an experienced IAM Strategy and Product Manager to drive data-enabled identity services, including access governance, PAM, authentication, and regulatory reporting. You will shape the roadmap and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable identity data products.

Lead the governance and analytics efforts, partnering with cybersecurity, risk, and engineering to enable self-service analytics and trusted identity data sources for enterprise decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for enterprise IAM data services.
• Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management, governance, PAM, authentication, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year IAM Data Services roadmap aligned with cybersecurity, data, and business strategies.
• Own backlog and deliver IAM data platforms, analytics, and reporting.
• Oversee identity data architecture, data quality, governance, and modeling.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities using IAM data assets and enable automated decisioning.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to govern identity data standards, ownership, and usage.
