Job summary

Careers is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and customer success on IAM/IGA solutions. You will own technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery to customized demos and POC initiatives, translating requirements into secure architectures.

This remote-friendly role requires East Coast residence and collaboration across product, engineering, and security teams. You will design, demonstrate, and validate IAM/IGA use cases, including provisioning, lifecycle management, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical preset sales role.
• Hands-on IAM/IGA platform experience with deployments and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of SAML/SCIM and RESTful integrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executives and technical audiences.
• Ability to design and build compelling demo environments and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored IAM/IGA solutions addressing security and compliance needs.
• Lead high-impact product demonstrations and proof-of-concept work.
• Build demo environments with data modeling and integration.
• Engage security teams, IT ops, and developers for discovery and validation.
• Architect solutions using SAML, SCIM, and REST integrations.
• Create architecture diagrams and implementation guides.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
• Support RFP/RFI responses with technical content.
• Deliver remote and onsite technical workshops for diverse audiences.
• Handoff pre-sales to implementation with clear expectations.
