Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Security Engineer for Identity and Access Management to join the SSO/Federation team. You will develop, test, implement, and integrate IAM solutions such as OAM, Ping, Entra, and related protocols, while resolving complex access issues across systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring IAM environments, performing maintenance, and guiding practices with cross-functional teams. A background in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Information Security, IAM Engineering and/or Systems Analysis.
• 3 years' experience with IAM concepts such as identity lifecycle, RBAC, authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, cryptography.
• 3 years' experience with: SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM, OAM, Ping Identity, Entra, and related IAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, implements, and integrates IAM systems and solutions with basic integration testing.
• Troubleshoots identities, access, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
• Maintains IAM systems, handles incidents, changes, and monitoring.
• Promotes IAM knowledge through training and communications.
