Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst to plan and execute IAM solutions across the project lifecycle. You will gather and prioritize requirements, collaborate with business and technology teams, and ensure end-user satisfaction and secure access.

The role supports IAM products and deployments, contributes to QA and UAT, and reports to the Director of Information Security. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years hands‑on experience in management and deployment of IAM systems.
• SaaS deployment experience essential.
• Strong MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.
• Demonstrates strong presentation, analytical, leadership & communication skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact to the business for one or more IAM projects.
• Gathers, documents and manages business and functional requirements for IAM solutions.
• Provides project management support for IAM software releases.
• Manages relationships with multiple business organizations, technology groups and vendors.
• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates business needs for software development and integration.
• Coordinates and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the business.
• Provides end-user support for IAM services.
• Maintains flexibility to work with new IAM technologies.
• Acts as SME in federated SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM.
