We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of IT/business analysis experience. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical IAM implementations by gathering, analyzing, and documenting IAM-related processes, use cases, and solutions.

This role is critical in driving the successful delivery of IAM programs, such as identity governance, access reviews, SSO, MFA, and privileged access management, by aligning business needs with security and compliance objectives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years focused specifically on IAM or information security.
• Experience working in complex IAM environments across multiple platforms and systems.
• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
• Security certifications such as CISA, CISSP (associate), or vendor-specific IAM certifications (e.g., SailPoint BA Certified).
