Job summary

Memorial Hermann seeks an IAM Business Analyst to plan and execute software solutions within IAM. You will gather requirements, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and support QA, testing and deployment across systems such as Okta, SailPoint and PAM.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams, report to the Director of Information Security, and help drive secure, efficient identity management in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration preferred.
• Two years hands-on experience in IAM management and deployment.
• Experience with IAM products such as Micro Focus, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, CA Identity Manager, One Identity, Okta, Ping, Centrify, Aveksa.
• SaaS deployment experience required.
• Experience with Okta, GSuite, VPN, Office 365, SailPoint preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; strong design and project management skills.
• Demonstrates strong presentation, analytical, leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact to the business for IAM projects.
• Gathers, documents and manages business and functional requirements for IAM solutions.
• Provides project management support for IAM software releases.
• Manages relationships with multiple business units, technology groups and vendors; facilitates workshops, reviews designs, test plans, and tests; manages delivery issues; coordinates end-user testing and sign-off.
• Elicits, analyzes and validates business needs for software development and integration projects.
• Interviews stakeholders and compiles user requirements for development teams.
• Applies communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills to support the development process.
• Coordinates and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Provides end-user support for IAM services.
• Maintains flexibility to work on new IAM technologies.
• Performs QA on custom and vendor released code as needed.
• Ensures test plans are developed and executed per team standards.
• Executes test plans to validate application functionality.
• Acts as SME in enterprise IAM (federated SSO, MFA, user lifecycle, IGA, PAM).
• Works with minimal supervision and demonstrates professional independence.
• Models Memorial Hermann’s service standards in interactions.
