LPL Financial, a leading wealth management firm, seeks a Senior Vice President of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the enterprise IAM program, governance, and modernization efforts. The role partners with CISO and senior leaders to secure access across workforce, advisors, partners, and privileged accounts while enabling digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology.
• 8+ years leading large IAM, cybersecurity, or security engineering organizations.
• Deep expertise in IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, and cloud identity technologies.
• Preferred experience in financial services; CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT or equivalent certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead IAM vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap; oversee operations, platform stability, service delivery, and risk management.
• Oversee Identity Governance & Administration, provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, role management and least-privilege controls.
• Manage IAM platform engineering, production support, and modernization across Ping Identity, ForgeRock, AD, Entra ID, SSO, and federation.
• Direct Privileged Access Management governance across users, systems, apps, and service accounts.
• Own operational resilience: DR, high availability, identity provider resiliency, and business continuity planning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization with budget, vendor management, workforce planning, and succession.
• Exhibit executive comportment, transparency, and credibility with senior leadership, auditors, and regulators.
