Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within the Chief Technology Office to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of a portfolio of IAM products in the Privileged Access, Vaulting and Secrets Management domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Strong understanding of delivery, change readiness and release processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Manages change activities across partners, ensuring compliance with risk controls and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates timelines and dependencies, monitors blockers, ensures adequate resourcing, and liaises with stakeholders.
• Works with Product Owners and Engineering Leads to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for IAM products.
• Manages portfolio lifecycle from discovery to iteration, aligning timelines with business value and security objectives.
• Supports AI transformation by embedding data-driven practices across the portfolio.
• Refines portfolio priorities and makes evidence-based trade-offs to maximize value delivery.
• Identifies and mitigates cross-portfolio risks and dependencies, with contingency planning.
