JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, Texas, seeks a Lead Software Engineer to advance secure, scalable technology within the CTO Identity & Access Management team. You will drive design, development, and delivery of trusted products as a core technical contributor in an agile setting.

You will lead architectural discussions, oversee code quality, and promote cutting-edge practice across engineering communities while enhancing operational stability and resilience of critical systems.

Formación

• 5+ years Java/JEE design and development experience, including AI-assisted development.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java programming language.
• Advanced knowledge of React or Angular.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Proficient in SDLC and agile methodologies including security.
• Cloud native experience and familiarity with financial services IT.
• Experience with multi-region resilience and observability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Develops secure production-grade code; reviews and debugs others' code.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation to improve stability.
• Leads evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture.
• Leads communities of practice to promote new technologies.
