Freddie Mac is seeking a highly motivated Technical Platform Operations Support Manager to lead a team in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization. The role focuses on operational stability, incident response, monitoring, and continuous improvement of enterprise identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
• 8+ years of technology operations, platform support, infrastructure or production support.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical operations or support teams.
• ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge) familiarity.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of platform operations resources for production support and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to SLOs, SLAs, and operational standards.
• Drive incident, problem, change, and operational readiness processes across platforms.
• Manage platform availability, performance, monitoring and capacity.
• Lead root cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Partner with engineering to improve resiliency and automation.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reporting.
• Support audit, compliance, information security and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
