Job summary
The Carlyle Group in Washington, DC is seeking an Experienced Engineer focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Endpoint Platforms to join the Enterprise Productivity Solutions team within Global Technology & Solutions. The role emphasizes ownership of IAM and endpoint systems, automation, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced enterprise.
You will drive modernization, design and maintain IAM platforms (SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID) and endpoint management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- IAM-focused certifications preferred (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, SC-300).
- Experience with IAM, endpoint management, and RBAC at enterprise scale.
Responsibilities
- Own IAM platforms (SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta, CyberArk, Entra ID) and endpoint systems (Intune, Jamf).
- Design, automate, and maintain IAM and endpoint solutions across Windows, macOS, and iOS; drive modernization initiatives.
- Lead joiner-mover-leaver workflows, RBAC, access reviews, and provisioning with least-privilege in mind.
- Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams; support mergers/acquisitions as needed.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
