Job summary

Freddie Mac is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Quality Engineer to lead testing across authentication, SSO, and MFA platforms. You will develop and maintain automation for web and API tests, analyze results, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, scalable deployments.

The role requires hands‑on experience in test automation, performance testing, and working in an Agile environment to deliver high‑quality production systems for global clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Hands-on test project execution.
Experience in using test automation tools for web applications & API.
Experience in creating test automation with UI & API frameworks.
Strong QA fundamentals and testing techniques.
Financial services IAM knowledge preferred.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to drive testing processes and improve quality.

Responsibilities

Contribute to creating functional and regression automation test suites.
Analyze test results, record test activities and track defects.
Clearly articulate project status to stakeholders.
Manage priorities and set expectations with multiple tasks.
Work as part of a Scrum team and participate in all Scrum activities.
