Job summary

Finance of America Holdings seeks a senior IAM technologist to lead architecture, engineering, and governance for identity and access across the enterprise. You will steer the IAM program roadmap, set standards, review designs, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive automation and integrations with HRIS and ITSM systems.

The role emphasizes RBAC, zero trust, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IAM, Identity Engineering, Cybersecurity Engineering, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical lead for enterprise IAM technologies.
• Owns the technical direction and engineering roadmap for the IAM program.
• Establishes IAM architecture standards and best practices.
• Leads architectural reviews and provides guidance across enterprise initiatives.
• Evaluates IAM, IGA, and security technologies and recommends investments.
• Designs IAM solutions across AD, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Leads automation initiatives using PowerShell, APIs, orchestration platforms, and workflows.
• Designs integrations between HR systems, ITSM, IAM solutions, and business applications.
• Reduces manual effort through automation and self-service.
• Leads RBAC and entitlement governance and ensures least privilege and compliance.
