Job summary

Republic Services in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Manager Identity & Access Management Operations to lead day-to-day IAM functions, including provisioning, RBAC, SoD, and certification processes. The role partners with Compliance, IT, HR, and business stakeholders to strengthen access controls.

The position requires building a strategic IAM roadmap, driving automation, and managing onshore/offshore teams while ensuring adherence to SLAs and security policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with Active Directory security and Identity lifecycle management processes.
• 2 years of experience integrating enterprise identity management, access management, and access governance solutions.
• 1 year of experience preparing and reporting executive-level metrics to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM lifecycle management technologies and service delivery with SLAs.
• Oversee provisioning and de-provisioning of user access rights across systems.
• Coordinate responses to audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lead incident response and risk management for IAM-related events.
• Develop and maintain an IAM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders on IAM solutions.
