IAM Operations Lead - Access & Governance

Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced IAM Lead to direct day-to-day IAM operations, govern access requests, and collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams. This role emphasizes operational leadership across access governance, entitlements, and exception management.

You will manage Jira-based workflows, coordinate Level 2 reviews, and work with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Saviynt, PAM, and MFA to implement IAM strategies and policies.

Qualifications

• Lead daily IAM operations, including access requests, approvals, escalations, and access reviews.
• Manage IAM tickets and workflows using Jira.
• Coordinate Level 2 reviews and approvals for access, entitlements, privileged access, and exceptions.
• Monitor ticket queues, backlogs, aging requests, risks, and remediation activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for IAM stakeholders and technology teams.
• Coordinate with teams supporting Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Saviynt, PAM, and MFA.
• Partner with the Identity Architect to implement IAM strategies, technical designs, and operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, runbooks, approval matrices, and escalation procedures.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare operational metrics, leadership reports, and risk updates.
• Support audit, compliance, and access governance activities.
• Coach and coordinate IAM analysts and technical resources.
