Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead in Dallas, TX to provide day-to-day operational leadership for IAM activities. You will manage access requests, approvals, escalations, governance, and workflows while coordinating with security, infrastructure, applications, and business teams.

The role requires hands-on IAM leadership, experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, Saviynt, PAM, and MFA, and a track record of improving processes

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM operations and teams.
• Strong governance, policy development, and risk awareness.
• Ability to coordinate across security, infrastructure, applications, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IAM operations including access requests, approvals, and escalations.
• Manage IAM tickets and workflows using Jira.
• Coordinate Level 2 reviews for access, entitlements, privileged access, and exceptions.
• Monitor queues, backlogs, aging requests, risks, and remediation activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for IAM stakeholders and tech teams.
• Collaborate with teams supporting Entra ID, Active Directory, Saviynt, PAM, and MFA.
• Partner with Identity Architect to implement IAM strategies and operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, runbooks, and escalation procedures.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare operational metrics, leadership reports, and risk updates.
• Support audit, compliance, and access governance activities.
• Coach and coordinate IAM analysts and resources.
