Prosum is seeking an IAM Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support change management, communications, and stakeholder engagement for IAM initiatives. The role partners with IAM engineers, architects, and project teams to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly messaging.

The ideal candidate will bring strong change management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering professional presentations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management within technology or IAM initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to create professional presentations and deliver content to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support OCM activities for IAM programs and projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise change management methodologies.
• Assist in developing an adoption framework for IAM initiatives to build trust, awareness, and engagement across the organization.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and support change readiness activities.
• Draft, edit, and manage IAM-related communications for emails, announcements, FAQs, job aids, and intranet content.
• Develop clear messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Coordinate communication timelines with IAM project milestones.
• Translate technical changes into business-friendly communications in collaboration with IAM engineers and project teams.
• Create high-quality presentations and visual materials for leadership updates and end-user audiences.
• Deliver presentations to business stakeholders and project teams; support training and enablement efforts related to IAM tools, processes, and policies.
• Track communication and change activities, gathering feedback to improve future IAM OCM efforts.
• Report on adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement.
