Job summary

NorthMark Compute & Cloud is seeking a Manager of Identity and Access Management to lead a team of engineers responsible for enterprise and workload identity, using SPIFFE/SPIRE, mTLS, and PKI to establish trust at scale.

You will shape the zero-trust program, integrate IAM into CI/CD and IaC, and partner with Platform Engineering and IT leadership to ensure identity is foundational across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in identity and access management or security engineering.
• 2-3+ years leading IAM or security teams.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Hands-on with SPIFFE/SPIRE or workload identity frameworks.
• Strong PKI fundamentals and certificate lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience designing mTLS for service-to-service.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM engineers and set priorities.
• Own strategy for enterprise identity program.
• Drive workload/service identity using SPIFFE/SPIRE.
• Oversee PKI strategy and certificate lifecycle.
• Lead adoption of mTLS across services.
• Advance zero trust identity across on-prem and cloud.
• Integrate IAM controls into CI/CD and IaC.
• Establish identity governance and least-privilege.
