Job summary

BHP Group is seeking an experienced leader to define and deliver enterprise Identity and Access Management strategy across hybrid and cloud environments. You will balance security, performance and user experience while advancing AI-enabled IAM capabilities.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, HR, Risk and business stakeholders to embed identity controls into platforms, drive automation, and lead governance and risk activities in a globally diverse organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IAM functions in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, PAM, authentication, federation and Zero Trust.
• Experience developing strategies for machine/workload identities and AI-enabled services.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver outcomes across functions.
• Experience with security governance, risk and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities and Zero Trust.
• Lead delivery and improvement of IAM services including workforce and non-human identities.
• Ensure IAM services operate safely across cloud, on-prem, SaaS and OT environments with partners.
• Establish governance, standards and controls for security, privacy, risk and audit.
• Advance non-human identity capabilities and workload identities.
• Champion automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operations and governance.
• Collaborate with technology and business leaders to embed identity controls in platforms.
• Lead identity risk management activities, audits and remediation programs.
• Engage stakeholders effectively and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Foster continuous improvement, productivity and automation across the IAM function.
