Job summary

BHP in the United States is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) leader to define and deliver enterprise IAM strategy, services and roadmap across workforce, privileged and non-human identities.

Reporting to the Head of Technology Cloud and Network, you will balance security, performance and user experience while guiding IAM across hybrid and cloud environments, and collaborating with Cybersecurity, HR and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise IAM in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, PAM, authentication and federation.
• Experience aligning IAM with Zero Trust principles across large organisations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver security outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap aligned to Zero Trust.
• Deliver and improve IAM services across workforce, privileged, identity governance and non-human identities.
• Govern IAM across cloud, on-premises, SaaS and OT with partner and internal resources.
• Establish governance and compliance controls for security, privacy and risk.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve IAM operations.
