Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Leader to build and run our enterprise IAM function. Reporting to the CISO, you will own IAM strategy, architecture, delivery and operations across workforce, customer and non-human identities.

You will define the vision and roadmap, oversee transformation initiatives, manage vendors and partners, and lead a globally distributed team in a complex matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in cybersecurity and 8+ years in IAM, with 7+ years in people leadership.
• Proven experience building or maturing an enterprise IAM function in a global organization.
• Strong track record in matrixed environments and cross-team partnership.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tech including IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, federation, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Entra ID Governance, Delinea, and CyberArk.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise IAM strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Oversee major IAM transformation programs, including budget and governance.
• Lead IGA, PAM, and authentication initiatives across workforce, partner and non-human identities.
• Build and lead a global IAM organization with measurable maturity and risk reduction.
