This role blends hands‑on engineering with strategic ownership to modernize identity at scale. You will drive secrets management, PKI, and workload identity, while building automation and security tooling.

A highly sophisticated organization is seeking a Tech Lead, Security Engineering (IAM / Identity Platform) to help shape and engineer a modern identity-first security function. This is not a traditional IAM role, it requires a hands‑on builder who understands identity as critical infrastructure across users, services, and workloads.

You’ll lead the design and development of scalable identity systems, driving security across authentication, authorization, secrets management, and workload identity. This role is ideal for someone who can combine deep technical expertise with strategic ownership.
