Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC seeks an experienced IAM lead to manage Identity and Access Management systems, including SailPoint IdentityIQ and Identity Now. You will review access levels across enterprise apps, design scalable IAM solutions, and drive cross-functional IAM initiatives with security and architecture teams.

The role requires strong programming exposure with Java and SailPoint connectors, along with CIAM and IDaaS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5–7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads IAM systems and SailPoint implementations end-to-end.
• Reviews access roles and accounts to ensure proper entitlements.
• Designs and maintains scalable IAM software solutions.
• Liaises with information security, architecture and business teams to implement IAM.
• Develops IAM strategies, standards and procedures.
