Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an IAM Lead to manage SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow implementations and collaborate with security and engineering teams. You will review access, roles, and accounts, and drive end-to-end IAM initiatives across enterprise platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a quantitative or business field with 5–7 years of related experience, plus CIAM/SailPoint credentials. Flexible work options include remote, hybrid or on-site arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 5–7 years of related experience.
• Equivalent experience through accomplishments reflecting the role level.
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) within 120 days required, SailPoint certification, CIST or CAMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Identity and Access Management systems and SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Now implementations.
• Reviews IAM requirements, designs, infrastructure, and support processes.
• Liaises with information security, architecture, and business teams to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions.
• Develops IAM strategies, standards and procedures to support business goals.
• Codes, configures, tests and documents IAM developments; troubleshoots security-focused IAM issues.
