You will design, build, test, and maintain scalable IAM software, guiding cross-functional teams through implementation while enforcing lifecycle policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and requires 5–7 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
• CIAM within 120 Days required
• SailPoint certification (e.g., IdentityNow or IIQ Certified Implementation Engineer)
• Certified Identity and Security Technologist (CIST) preferred
• Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS) preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads the Identity and Access Management systems and solutions across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Designs, builds, tests, and maintains scalable off-the-shelf or custom IAM software solutions.
• Leads cross functional teams through the entire implementation process.
• Enforces policies and procedures related to identity lifecycle management.
• Liaises with information security risk management, architecture management, and business functions to implement end-to-end IAM solutions.
• Performs coding, configuring, testing, and documentation of IAM developments.
