Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an experienced IAM Engineer to operate and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ for a government client. You will implement enterprise IAM solutions, guide stakeholders, and collaborate with Azure, security, and network teams to ensure secure access across applications.

The role emphasizes PKI integration, SSO enablement, and RBAC for cloud environments, with a strong focus on DHS requirements and automation via PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Experience with identity management tools in government or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of HSPD-12 and smart card authentication implementation.
• Experience with RBAC for cloud solutions (Azure).
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell).
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD; active EOD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and implement IAM solutions for enterprise-scale projects.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Azure, network, and security architecture teams.
• Coordinate with vendors to evaluate, test, and deploy new technology.
• Provide SSO enablement using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
• Assist with onboarding, lifecycle management, and privilege access management.
• Engage with stakeholders to define organization naming conventions and access roles.
• Support Azure Entra ID and Privileged Access Management.
