Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in IGA across SailPoint ISC or IIQ.
• Strong scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, BeanShell).
• Experience with SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC integrations.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, LDAP and cloud identity platforms.
• Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, SoD, and identity architecture.
• Healthcare EHR integration experience a plus.
• SailPoint certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions, rules, workflows, transforms, policies, and identity processing logic.
• Build provisioning/deprovisioning workflows and identity orchestration.
• Engineer custom connectors and advanced SailPoint configurations.
• Onboard and integrate applications into SailPoint with schema discovery and entitlement modeling.
• Design identity integrations using SCIM, REST APIs, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Develop automation and scripts for identity lifecycle operations.
• Maintain version-controlled code repositories and secure software practices.
• Engineer identity integrations with AD, Entra ID, LDAP, and cloud identity platforms.
