ADP is seeking a Director, IAM Operations & Support to lead the transformation of identity governance across the enterprise. The role focuses on SailPoint implementation, lifecycle management, policy enforcement, and automated access controls while collaborating with IT, HR, legal, and audit teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT security with IAM focus, proven leadership, and a hands-on, hybrid approach in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years IT security, including 5+ years in Identity Governance and Administration.
• Experience managing technical teams and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong communication with HR, legal, audit, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IGA Transformation Program focused on risk reduction and SailPoint implementation.
• Oversee Identity Lifecycle Management: provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC, self-service.
• Ensure integration between IGA platform and HR and applications (cloud and on‑prem).
• Drive policy enforcement, access reviews, SoD, and audit readiness.
• Develop reporting and logging for IT governance and compliance.
• Mentor the IGA team and drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Define and operate GenAI use within IAM landscape.
