Job summary

KPMG LLP in the United States seeks a Director to join our Advisory Technology Organization. You will lead enterprise IAM transformation programs, overseeing IGA and PAM initiatives across complex client environments, and drive governance and security controls with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk.

You will partner with executives to develop IAM roadmaps, mentor cross-functional teams of architects and consultants, and help expand identity security services across cloud and hybrid environments,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IAM experience including IGA and PAM
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred
• Proven experience leading large-scale IAM transformations across SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, CyberArk or similar
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and privileged access governance
• Experience across cloud/hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
• Travel up to 50%
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IAM transformation programs and provide strategic direction for IGA and PAM
• Oversee design, architecture, and governance of IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint ISC, Saviynt and CyberArk
• Serve as executive technical advisor for complex identity governance and modernization challenges
• Mentor cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and specialists
• Partner with executives to develop IAM roadmaps and align security with business objectives
• Support business development with proposals, presentations and thought leadership
