Job summary

ADP is seeking a Director, IAM Operations & Support to lead identity governance and access management initiatives across enterprise resources. This role drives the modernization of identity lifecycle, access certification, and policy enforcement, leveraging SailPoint ISC with ServiceNow and related technologies.

You will collaborate with IT, security, HR, legal, and audit stakeholders to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT security with focus in Identity Governance and Administration
• 5+ years managing technical teams
• Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow/IIQ/ISC
• Experience with HR system integration and cloud access governance
• AI/analytics in identity governance for risk modeling

Responsibilities

• Lead the IGA Transformation Program focused on risk reduction and SailPoint implementation
• Oversee the Identity Lifecycle Management including provisioning/deprovisioning
• Ensure integration between IGA platform and HR and target applications
• Drive policy enforcement, access reviews, and SoD/compliance
• Mentor and lead the IGA team in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
