Job summary
American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise IAM initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, coordinate across infrastructure, security, and application teams, and ensure value delivery on time and within scope.
You will manage platform migrations, policy implementations, and new capabilities, combining strong project discipline with hands-on IAM knowledge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project/program management with IAM/security focus
- 5+ years managing IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects
- Hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and platform migrations
- Ability to translate architecture to business context
Responsibilities
- Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives
- Lead governance boards and communicate status to technical/business audiences
- Oversee platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt) from design to deployment
- Identify and mitigate project risks and manage change
- Coordinate training and develop runbooks for operations
