Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise IAM initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical roadmaps, coordinating across infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver value on time and within scope.

You’ll manage platform migrations and policy implementations while guiding design, deployment, and compliance with IAM controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management; 5+ years IAM/security or enterprise IT projects.
• 3+ years hands‑on with enterprise IAM platforms; experience leading multi‑team migrations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope IAM initiatives; create workstreams, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Lead governance boards; communicate risks and decisions to technical and business audiences.
• Provide technical project leadership on platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt).
• Identify risks, develop change management plans, and manage cutover activities.
• Coordinate training and create runbooks for operations and support teams.
• Track metrics and drive continuous improvements in IAM delivery.
