Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) expert to strengthen access controls, governance, and compliance across End User Access Management and Application Services. The role collaborates with GIS, GT, CST, GCOR, and auditors to secure identity architectures and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IAM/IGA in banking, experience with cloud IAM controls, and proficiency in AD, Entra ID, SailPoint, and Ping Identity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bank and finance industry hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or IAM.
• 5+ years implementing and governing IAM cloud solutions, controls, and capabilities.
• Proficiency with IAM products: Active Directory, Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping Identity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain QA documentation, audit artifacts, processes, and training materials.
• Lead QA governance for End User Access Management and Application Services.
• Manage exceptions to the IAM Standard with risk justification and recertification.
• Ensure systems meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements; escalate as needed.
• Support SDLC initiatives with requirements validation, risk-focused signoff, and control testing.
