General Motors Company is seeking an experienced Manager, Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Channel Operations to lead performance, strategy, and execution across Powertrain and Fleet channels. You will guide cross-functional teams, set operating plans, forecasts, and field enablement to drive revenue and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership across Powertrain Programs, Fleet Programs, Fleet and Indirect Sales, and Dealer/Distributor channels, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years’ experience in automotive aftermarket, wholesale, fleet, channel operations, sales operations, National Accounts, dealer or distributor programs, or a related commercial function.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operations across multiple workstreams and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Experience making operational or financial decisions and managing or developing talent across multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual and multiyear channel strategies, operating plans, resource plans, roadmaps, and decision forums.
• Recommend investment and resource-allocation priorities, identify growth opportunities, balance revenue, share, and profitability.
• Own Powertrain operating plans, forecasts, programs, incentives, promotions, field alignment, and performance insights.
