Stellantis is seeking a Product Line Manager for Independent Aftermarket (IAM) Parts in Auburn Hills, MI. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, drive launches, and optimize portfolio with cross-functional teams including purchasing, supply chain, marketing, and sales.

You will analyze market trends, manage supplier collaboration, and influence pricing and profitability. This role reports to the Category Manager and requires a strong track record in automotive aftermarket product leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, category management, purchasing, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage assigned product lines end-to-end.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches with purchasing, supply chain, engineering, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor product performance and lifecycle metrics.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery.
• Support pricing strategies and portfolio optimization.
