Job summary

General Motors Company in Detroit is seeking an Order Fulfillment Channel Manager to lead cross-functional execution of vehicle order fulfillment for new launches and model-year programs.

You will serve as the primary liaison between Order Fulfillment and Chevrolet, Buick GMC, and Cadillac channel partners, sales, marketing, product, manufacturing, logistics, dealers, and customer-facing teams, aligning priorities and driving go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years' experience in order fulfillment, distribution, or supply chain.
• Experience analyzing operational issues and applying mathematical reasoning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through launches and model-year order fulfillment.
• Facilitate business reviews with sales, marketing, product, and logistics.
• Coordinate allocation and dealer order submissions per processes.
• Analyze complex operational issues and propose practical solutions.
• Improve processes to increase execution reliability across programs.
