Job summary

D&H Distributing is seeking an IAM Cybersecurity Architect to design and implement a robust Identity and Access Management framework for an enterprise environment. You will develop robust IAM solutions to safeguard user identities, controls, and regulatory compliance across D&H assets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, identity federation) and provisioning.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and identity protocols (SCIM).
• Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions (AWS IAM, Azure AD).
• Awareness of compliance needs (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS) and IAM impact.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python or Perl preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design an IAM strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop IAM architecture for authentication, authorization, and provisioning.
• Design and implement RBAC models and fine-grained access controls.
• Configure and deploy SSO and federated identity solutions for multiple apps and services.
• Evaluate and implement MFA mechanisms for critical systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate IAM solutions into applications and infrastructure.
• Produce comprehensive IAM documentation and provide training.
• Stay current with IAM trends, technologies, and standards.
