Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Manager - Identity and Access Management Architect to join our Cybersecurity team. You will partner with client stakeholders to define IAM strategy, architecture, and roadmaps across cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments, translating business needs into scalable IAM solutions.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IAM and strong knowledge of authentication standards, with hands‑on experience in leading IAM tools such as Entra ID and Okta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity architecture, or related roles (consulting or industry).
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP).
• Experience with identity governance, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping Identity, or Okta.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and modern identity security approaches (MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC).
• Experience with API-based integrations and identity data flows (REST APIs, JSON).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or IAM/vendor-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM strategy development, roadmap creation, and reference architecture design aligned to client objectives.
• Define and deliver enterprise IAM architecture across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Advise clients on Zero Trust and identity-centric security strategies.
• Present IAM strategies and findings to technical and executive stakeholders, including C-suite leaders.
• Design and implement IAM solutions across cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premises.
• Coordinate IAM platforms with enterprise apps, directories, APIs, and DevOps pipelines.
• Provide guidance on modern authentication approaches (SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC, ABAC).
• Lead or support implementation of identity platforms with fine-grained access controls.
• Design API-driven integrations between IAM and enterprise systems.
