Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Principal IAM Architect to lead enterprise identity security strategy, architecture, and governance across cloud and on-prem environments. You will guide executives and engineering teams, aligning IAM with business goals, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include multi-year IAM roadmaps, standards for governance and access controls, and advancements in Zero Trust, passwordless, and PAM. Strong communication with leaders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years leading enterprise IAM architecture and large transformation programs.
• 12+ years in cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise IAM strategy, architecture, standards, and multi-year roadmap.
• Establish identity governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access standards.
• Lead IAM policy, control, and governance initiatives with cross-functional leaders.
• Guide investments and select IAM platforms aligned to business needs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO, and other standards.
• Advance cloud identity, Zero Trust, passwordless, adaptive access, and PAM.
