Job summary

Best Egg is seeking an IAM Coordinator to manage identity access across the organization, ensuring policy-aligned access for employees, contractors, and vendors. This role collaborates with security, compliance, HR, and technology teams to support provisioning, deprovisioning, reviews, and audits in a fintech environment.

The ideal candidate prefers detail-driven, process-oriented work and seeks growth in security and risk management within a Barclays-backed fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3+ years in IT operations, security operations, IAM, or related roles.
• Attention to detail and strong process discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across applications and systems.
• Assess access requests for completeness and policy alignment.
• Maintain RBAC and least-privilege access controls.
• Coordinate JML processes with HR and Technology teams.
• Produce scheduled access governance reporting and documentation.
