Job summary

Best Egg is seeking an IAM Coordinator to manage identity access across the organization, ensuring policy-aligned access for employees, contractors, and vendors. The role emphasizes governance, reviews, and compliance within a fintech environment.

You will work with security, IT, and HR partners to optimize IAM processes, governance, and documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years in IT operations, security operations, IAM, or related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across enterprise apps.
• Assess access requests for completeness and policy alignment.
• Ensure RBAC-based, least-privilege access.
• Maintain access management systems and SLAs.
• Coordinate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes with HR and Tech.
• Prepare periodic access reviews and remediation.
• Support audits and maintain IAM documentation.
• Collaborate to improve IAM workflows and automation.
