Job summary

Tier1usa in Texas seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate drivers in the field and respond to customer calls, ensuring flights are supplied with needed items. You will guide drivers on and off aircraft according to AOA guidelines and maintain accurate logs for billing.

The role requires strong English communication, safety awareness, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with background and TSA checks required.

Qualifications

• Be flexible to work any shift subject to shift bidding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers on field operations.
• Standby for customer calls to supplement flights with supplies.
• Load on van and guide drivers on/off aircraft per AOA guidelines.
• Provide support to drivers and other customer service staff.
• Ensure highest quality product delivery to airline customers.
• Maintain log of supplied items and obtain recipient signatures for billing.

Description of the job, responsibilities and duties.

The Dispatcher is responsible for all drivers out on the field and act as standby for customer calls to supplement flights with necessary supplies. The Dispatcher is in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction. Will collect all supplemental items, food, dairy, ice, drinks and load on van. Must maintain log of items supplemented to flights and acquire signature of recipient for billing purposes. Ability to guide drivers on and off of aircraft, in accordance with AOA guide lines. Provide support to driver’s and other customer service employees as needed. Will ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our airline customers.

Starting Wage Rate $21.00
