Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and stay safety conscious.
• Excellent English communications and customer service required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle high pressure and time sensitive situations.
• Must climb stairs several times a day.
• Lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must hold a current Texas DL.
• Must obtain an AOA badge and customs approval.
• Be flexible to work any shift subject to shift bidding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers on field operations.
• Standby for customer calls to supplement flights with supplies.
• Load on van and guide drivers on/off aircraft per AOA guidelines.
• Provide support to drivers and other customer service staff.
• Ensure highest quality product delivery to airline customers.
• Maintain log of supplied items and obtain recipient signatures for billing.
