Job summary

Qualifications

• MUST provide transcripts or other documentation to support educational claims.
• Graduate education constitutes one academic year as defined by the graduate program.
• Foreign education may qualify if evaluated as equivalent to U.S. education and accompanied by translations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Personnel Psychologist within the SCWDP HCI and acts as project advisor and technical authority in I/O psychology.
• Consults with Department officials and external agencies on findings and recommendations.
• Conducts forecasting, competency modeling, assessment and gap analysis to support SCWDP HCI programs.
