I. Job Summary

Operate a variety of heavy equipment to construct landfills, open cells for trash fill, close cells, perform site maintenance, site closures, and/or mining.

II. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Perform duties satisfactorily, including:

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance; keep accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Education: None required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience.
