Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with control systems maintenance and reliability.
• Knowledge of DOT/PSM regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with software for troubleshooting and configuring control solutions: Wonderware, FactoryTalk, RSLogix, DeltaV.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA and instrument/electrical equipment across plant, pipeline, and compressor sites.
• Maintain pneumatic and intelligent instruments and motor-control gear.
• Work with PLCs/DCS and safety controls; read schematics and P&IDs.
• Document test results and maintenance activities; ensure compliance with DOT/PSM standards.
• Support on-call rotations and participate in safety programs.
• Mentor junior technicians and oversee contractor work.
