Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Instrument and Electrical Technician in Enid, Oklahoma. This role provides technical support to construction, plant facilities and field operations, repairing, installing, troubleshooting, and performing predictive and preventive maintenance on SCADA, control systems, and related equipment.

Responsibilities include maintaining PLCs or DCS, reading manuals and schematics, adhering to DOT and OSHA guidelines, participating in on-call rotations, and mentoring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience with control systems troubleshooting and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, and maintain SCADA and instrument/electrical equipment components in a safe, compliant manner.
• Read manuals, drawings, and schematics including electrical, process, and safety controls.
• Test and document plant/ compressor station control devices per applicable codes and standards.
• Participate in call-out/on-call requirements and safety programs.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced staff; provide clear written reporting.
